- 4 chicken breast-rinsed, dried and placed in a plastic bag
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- salt
- pepper
Placed all ingredients in a large plastic bag and place the bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour or up to over night. To grill it~set grill to 400°~place chicken straight from the plastic bag onto the grill~Grill each side 5-6 minutes per side. If the juices run clear after the second side is done the chicken is ready if not flip the chicken breast again and grill for 1-2 more minutes on each side. Place chicken on a platter and tent the platter with tin foil over the chicken and let it sit for 10 minutes so the juices can redistribute back into the chicken. HAPPY EATING!!
