Crust
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter (melted)
Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 350°Spray or butter 9x13 baking dish. Create a parchment paper "sling" by lining dish with sized parchment paper which overlaps sides of pan then coat with additional butter.Mix crust ingredients and pat into baking dish.Beat the cream cheese in mixer, add butter, eggs, powdered sugar add vanilla and beat until creamy. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 350° for 40-45 min until golden brown on top.Cool for 30 minutes or so. Lift bars out with sling and slice.HAPPY EATING!!
