The Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
The Filling
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp real fresh lemon juice
Pre heat the oven to 350°In large bowl mix all 4 ingredients together using a pastry cutter. Mix until all ingredients are combined well and transfer to a 9×13 glass pan and press the dough down so it is even all the way through the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.In another large bowl mix all 4 of the filling ingredients until well combined. Once the crust is done pour the filling mixture over the crust and bake for another 25 minutes. Once done let cool slightly and then sift powdered sugar over the top. Once cooled completely cut into squares.Happy Eating!!
