- 4 chicken breast, skinless/boneless (you pound the chicken down to make your cook time a bit faster and even)
- 4 cups corn flake cereal
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Larry's seasoning salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven 350°~if your oven has a convection setting use that.Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel. *If you are pounding the chicken-Place the chicken breast between two pieces of wax paper and with a meat mallet pound chicken until it all is the same thickness. Place chicken on a sheet pan that is lined with foil. Drizzle olive oil over each breast and sprinkle Lawrys season salt, salt and pepper.Meanwhile, take the corn flakes and place them in a large plastic bag and close it. With a rolling pin smash the corn flakes until they are crumbs. Sprinkle lawry’s season salt into the corn flake crumbs and incorporate. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the chicken breasts and dollop 1/2 T of butter on top of each breast. Bake for 35 mins.HAPPY EATING!!
