My family loves salmon, so much so, I end up making it twice a week. I get bored with the same old recipe so I came up with variation on our HOB Kendall Oberto Salmon recipe. My recipe is ready in 20 minutes, with the Air-Fryer, and once you have the ingredients on hand you can make this over and over.
2tbsp Teriyaki sauce (any kind you like to use), I use VeriVeri Teriyaki sauce
salt
pepper
Instructions
Place a piece of tinfoil in the Air-Fryer.Place the salmon on the tinfoil. Drizzle olive oil on the salmon. Spoon on the 2 tbsp of coconut oil on top of the salmon (it will be a solid spoonful but will melt as the salmon cooks & no coconut taste will be in the salmon after it cooks.) Drizzle on the 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce then salt and pepper salmon to taste.
The Air-Fryer should be at 350° temp and it will automatically cook for 20 minutes if not automatic place your Air-Fryers settings to those perimeters.
