- Pre heat oven 350°
 - Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt,
 - Add melted butter, press 1/2 mixture into 9" square pan.
 - Bake for 10 minutes
 - Mix caramel topping with 3T flour, pour over baked crust, sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts. Sprinkle with rest of oat mixtureBake 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hoursHappy Eating!!
