- Bring water to a boil. Stir in oats
- Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat until thick, stirring occasionally
Notes
Once the oats are completed cooked I spoon them into 1 cup refrigerator bowls. Put those bowls into the refrigerator and they can stay there for a week. Take the oats out of the refrigerator and place in a larger bowl, you can then put seeds, nuts, fruit, peanut butter, honey, coconut or chocolate on the oats.
