20 Minute AMRAP

Your life works better when food, fitness, and fashion move together, not separately. Moving together as a lifestyle builds confidence, energy, and strength. As you move through your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, and into 60’s and 70’s this workout is one of the most powerful workout you will do all week.

First, an AMRAP stands for “as many Rounds as possible” You set a timer, in this case 20 minutes, and complete all 5 exercises and then repeat for the entire 20 minutes until the clock runs out. Work as steady as you can pacing yourself for resilience.

The Workout:

Set a timer for 20 Minutes. Move through each exercise below as many Rounds as possible while maintaining strong form.

  1. (BW) Drop Squats x15
  2. Reverse Lunge-Squat-Hammer Bicep Curl x12
  3. Tricep Dips x20
  4. DB True Tricep Push-ups x15
  5. Split Squat-PLYO-Jumpsx15

Move steadily.

Rest briefly if needed.
