This ab workout can be done anywhere and is very simple but there are a lot of rounds so try and get through as many as you can do.

  • Full sit-up twist 2/bicycle press x25
  • Low plank punch outs x25
  • Pistol Crunch x25

5 Rounds of all 3 exercises
