KB Upper Body Workout

A couple of Kettlebells. Four moves. Serious upper body strength.

This workout is simple, efficient, and powerful because every exercise asks your whole body to show up-shoulders, back, arms, core, grip and posture all working together.

3-4 Rounds, move with control, and choose kettlebells that challenge you without stealing your form.

The Workout:

Alternating Squat High Pulls x10 each side

Wide Rows x10

Plank Pull Throughs x10

(Kneeling) SA Shoulder Press x10 each arm

3-4 Rounds of all 4 exercises.

This is the kind of workout that reminds you strength does not have to be complicated. You just have to pick up the weight and begin.
