  • *Bulgarian Squats (use Heavy weights) Single squat down x10
  • Pulses x10 (both right & left leg)
  • *Table top leg lift Single lift up and down x10
  • Pulses x10 (both right and left leg)
  • *Glute bridge Single lift x10
  • Pulses x10 (both right and left leg)
