As many of you know I’m officially an empty nester, which doesn’t serve me well now that I’m cooking and baking more for the HOB. So rather than have all these desserts sitting around my house I reached out to my neighbors and put together the “Sweet Treat Swap”. Both of my neighbors, that have agreed to be in on this fun adventure, have young kids that can help eat the yummy treats I send down to their homes.

I make dessert to post on the site, take all the photos I need, pack up the cookies, bars or whatever treat I’m making and send it down the street to my neighbors. They have a huge job, after I drop off the cookie jar…, they have to eat what I make and return the cookie jar!!
