The Diva 30-60-90 Workout

A tough but solid full body workout the Diva workout is your jam. 30 second exercise, a 60 second exercise and a 90 minute exercise then a 1 minute break. You can use only body weight or incorporate weights YOU choose.

3 Rounds of the 3 sectioned workout

  • Jumping Jacks (30 seconds)
  • Plank hold (60 seconds)
  • Push ups (90 seconds)
  • 1 minute rest
  • Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
  • Lunge Pulse (60 seconds)
  • Weighted Squats (90 seconds)
  • 1 minute rest
  • Burpees (30 seconds)
  • Mason Twist (60 seconds)
  • DB Swings (90 seconds)

If you can only do 1 Round of all the exercises that is great if you have time to get in 3 Rounds of all the exercises Bravo!!
