- Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
- Lunge Pulse (60 seconds)
- Weighted Squats (90 seconds)
- 1 minute rest
- Burpees (30 seconds)
- Mason Twist (60 seconds)
- DB Swings (90 seconds)
