One of the many benefits of a regular Yoga practice is the ability to cleanse or detox the body and mind.
First, by building awareness or identifying old habits that don’t serve you. moving forward towards your goals or behaviors.
Second, we do physical cleansing by doing a specific diet for a few days to clear out our digestive systems.
Finally, we “post” cleanse by focusing on our daily cleansing and nurturing actions, supporting our mind and body to run smoothly, with ease and steadiness.
