10 Minute ABS

10 minutes of ABS isn’t just about your core it s about your standards. At The House of OBrien, we don’t wait for perfect conditions. We don’t need hours. We believe in showing up-fully-even when the time is tight. Ten. minutes can compound into sharpening your posture, building discipline, protecting your spine, and remind you that you are someone who follows through.

When your core is strong, you stand taller. When you stand taller, your clothes fit better. When your clothes fit better, you carry yourself differently. When you carry yourself differently…everything changes.

That’s the HOB Lifestyle. No extremes and no “all or nothing”. Just daily intentions with food, fitness, and how you show up to the world.

The Workout:

  1. Oblique Ankle Reaches x12
  2. Russian Twists x12
  3. Scissors x12
  4. One Leg Reverse Crunches x12 each leg

3 Rounds of all 4 exercises. Make sure to keep your core tight and pull in towards your back when contracting. Remember to move with intention, not momentum. Move a little bit slower, cleaner in each exercise. Remember to breathe, breathing engages the core more during the exercise.
