20 Minute Upper Body AMRAP

There is something so powerful about an upper body workout that asks you stay in it, and trust your strength. Now make that workout quick and efficient!!

This 20 Minute Upper Body AMRAP (as many Rounds as possible) is not about perfection, it is about showing up, pushing through, and reminding yourself just how capable you are.

In 20 minutes you can challenge your arms, shoulders, chest , and back while building the kind of strength that carries into everyday life.

The Workout:

  1. Chest Press-30 seconds
  2. Chest Flies-30 seconds
  3. Alt. DB Snatches-30secs
  4. KB or DB Swings-30 secs

Set the timer for 20 minutes. Hit each exercise then when all 4 exercises are done go back to the beginning and start the sequence over. Until the 20 minutes are finished.

This kind of workout reminds you that strength is not just about how you look, it is about how you live. Strong enough to carry, lift, push, pull, and show up in your life with confidence. Let’s Go!!
