Tator Tot Hot Dish #1 Comfort Food Recipe

A Ladonna Fallen Recipe

Tator Tot Hot Dish

I'm kicking off this little series of "comfort food" with a Minnesota favorite, Tator Tot Hot Dish. I didn't grow up with many hot dishes in fact, I believe my Mom only made one if at all.
So I went to my some of my great friends and ask what Hot Dish did they grew up eating and this was the number one Hot Dish recipe.
One of my good friends, and spectacular cooks, Ladonna Fallen gave me this recipe, I made it and my mind was changed forever on the Hot Dish.
Easy, delicious and perfect for a crowd or to bring to a neighbor or friend. It freezes well and is a hardy meal.
