The “Anywhere” Workout

Let’s remove the excuses. No fancy set-up. No complicated equipment. No waiting for the perfect time. Just your body, a few weights (if you have them), and the decision to show up for yourself.

That is why I love “The Anywhere Workout.” It is a full body workout designed to meet you wherever you are-at home, at the gym, outside, while traveling, or in middle of a very full life.

The Workout:

3 Rounds of all 7 exercises. Each exercise is 30 seconds. Take a 10 seconds break in-between each exercise. After all 7 exercises are done take a 1:00 minute break get water and then repeat the exercises the same as Round 1 until 3 Rounds are completed.

  1. Reverse Lunge- Suitcase hold-30 seconds
  2. Mountain Climbers-30 secs
  3. Thrusters-30 secs
  4. Plank Jacks-30 secs
  5. DB Swings-30 Secs
  6. Renegade Rows-30 secs
  7. Front Squats-30 secs

So whether you are in your living room, packing workouts into a busy work week, squeezing in movement while traveling, or simply wanting something effective that does not require much fuss, this workout is for you.
