The Hateful Eight Workout

Workout of the Day

This is a very tough workout and I want you try to get through at least 3 Rounds but I’m asking you to get through 5 Rounds.

5 Rounds with 60 Second rest in between all 8 exercise.

  • DB front rack squat x10
  • RDL to suitcase squat x10
  • Renegade row x10
  • Sprinter sit-up x10
  • DB front rack forward lunge x10
  • Tricep dips x10
  • Bicep curls x10
  • Lateral lunge to front shoulder press x10

You can add any one of our AB workouts to the end of this workout.
