Workout of the Day
This is a very tough workout and I want you try to get through at least 3 Rounds but I’m asking you to get through 5 Rounds.
5 Rounds with 60 Second rest in between all 8 exercise.
- DB front rack squat x10
- RDL to suitcase squat x10
- Renegade row x10
- Sprinter sit-up x10
- DB front rack forward lunge x10
- Tricep dips x10
- Bicep curls x10
- Lateral lunge to front shoulder press x10
