Outfit of the Day (#OOTD)

Happy Holidays!! Faux furs, sparkles and color. I thought pink was a perfect color to add a little jazz to the season kick off outfit.

Criteria’s for evening out dresses are: 1) Do I feel comfortable? 2) Does it flatter the parts of my body it should? 3) Is it fancy? 4) Simple/Elegant?

During the cold winter months I factor in my coat as well.

If the dress is simple and meets the other criteria’s the shoes can shine. In this case I chose silver sparkle. Then I factor jewelry and I keep that simple too. I only wear a trendy piece if it actually fits me and looks classic and my style, otherwise I will not touch a new trend with a 10 foot poll (peep-toe half boots, what kind of cruel joke are those?).
