May Full Body Workout

The May HOB Full Body workout is for everyone, and that’s why YOU should try it. This workout is designed to meet you where you are while still challenging your entire body. You will move through 3 Rounds of each exercise, taking 15 second breaks between each move. That recovery time gives you a reset without losing momentum.

This workout builds strength, endurance, and coordination. You do not need to be perfect to get a great workout. If you can’t finish all the reps take a break and start again. You do not need to be the strongest in the room, do what you can, with where you are at, with what you got.

The Workout:

Wide Bent Over Rows x12

Weighted Side Plank Rotation x12 each side

Single Arm Tricep Kickback x12 each side

Squat HOLD Punch x12

Squat Jacks x12

Alternating Curtsy Lunge-to- Hammer Bicep Curl x12

Curtsy Lunge Pulse x20 each side

3 Rounds of all the exercises with 15 second break in between each exercise.
