Crush It Upper Body Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout is meant to be broken up into Super Sets.

Meaning you execute the first 2 exercises then do a set of the Mountain Climbers THEN take a break.

The second 2 exercises// a set of Mountain Climbers then take a break.

This workout is efficient and also provides cardio as well as strength training.

You can use our Warm-Up to get ready for this workout if you haven’t already warmed up.

A warm up for everyone with Tracey Kubitz

  • Push-up to 4 Mountain Climbers x10
  • Chest Press x25 (Heavy weights)
  • (Mountain Climbers x10)
  • Wide arm push-up x10
  • Pull downs x10
  • (Mountain Climbers)
  • Straight arm tricep kick back x10
  • Hammer curls x20
  • (Mountain Climbers x10)

3 Rounds of all 6 exercises. Make your breaks around 10-20 seconds only, drinking some water and getting back at it.
