Quick Full Body Workout

This quick full body workout is exactly why we believe movement does not have to be complicated to be powerful. 2 Rounds of all 8 exercises, done back to back, gives you strength, endurance, coordination, and mental focus in one efficient session.

At The House of OBrien we believe working out for yourself matters. Eating well matters. Dressing well matters. Showing up for your life matters. This workout fits that motto beautifully because it proves you do not need an hour, a perfect day, or a perfectly organized life to take care of yourself. You simply need to begin.

Workout:

12 reps for each exercise. 2 Rounds of all 8 exercises.

Chest Flys

DB Rear Delt. Flys

Hand Release Push-Ups

Plank Rows

Box Jumps

Tricep Dips

Wide Grip Bicep Curls

Bicep Curls

If you can only get one Round in you will get a great workout. If you can do MORE than 2 Rounds go for it.

We do not work out because we are chasing punishment. We work out because we matter. We move our bodies so we can live with more energy, more strength, more confidence, and more freedom.

So press play. Pick up the weights. Move through all 8 exercises. Finish both Rounds.
