Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Here we go if you are new to this site WELCOME!! Our workouts are efficient, tough and well thought out. This arm workout is no exception. It packs a mighty punch and you can get it done before a run, walk, bike or swim.

4 rounds of all 4 exercises, each exercise do 25 reps.

  • Reverse grip chest press x25
  • Pull overs x25
  • Lateral shoulder to Arnold press x25
  • Bicep curl to press out x25
