Fitness Tip of the Day (#FTOTD)

The Burpee, a simple compound move with so many benefits. Not only does a burpee build strength in your lower and upper body it helps to build endurance in your legs, hips, glutes, abs, arms, chest and shoulders. Incorporate this move in-between sets (performing each burpee for 1 minute) when doing upper body strength or lower body weight workouts you will bring that workout to a whole new level.
