Full Body HIIT Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

A HIIT workout is high intensity interval training. It is repeated bouts of high intensity exercises followed by varied recovery times. The benefits of a HIIT workout are:

  • Higher metabolic rate for hours after exercise
  • Fat lose
  • Gain muscle
  • Improve oxygen consumption

To maximize this workout do 3 rounds of all 6 exercises (doing each exercise for 1:00) with a 1:00 minute break after you have completed round 1 then round 2 then round 3. Drink plenty of water during your 1 minute break.
