Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout is designed to tax the body with heavier weights and simple exercises thus making it a cardio workout at the same time. Use immpeccable form and if your form becomes compromised go down weight.

  • Double arm DB Snatch x15
  • Burpee Hops (over the DB’s) x15
  • DB Swings x15
  • DB Deadlifts x15

5 rounds of all 4 exercises if you want a bigger challenge do all 4 exercises for 1 minute instead of x15 reps.
