Workout of the Day
LEG DAY!! Here we go, leg days are not easy and this workout will hit your legs hard for sure. But let’s just put our trucker hats on and get after it.
4 Rounds of all 5 exercises no breaks this is a giant set. Take a break after the last exercise.
- Sumo Squat 3 down/1up x10
- Sumo Squat pulse x10
- Reverse lunge Alternate x20
- Sumo deadlift x10
- 4 point climber x10
On the Sumo Squats have your feet parallel, it will feel a bit awkward but it forces you to use your quads more.
