Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Lower body can be one of those workouts we dread but the payoff after doing these workouts is so great its worth it every time.

  • Plank Jacks x10
  • Curtsy Lunge (hold heavy weights in each hand and have each hand facing your body like holding a suitcase) x20
  • Curtsy Lunge/Shoulder press x20 just the right leg
  • Curtsy Lunge/Shoulder press x20 just the left leg
  • Tap Ups x25 each leg
  • Sumo Squats/Bicep curl x25
  • Sumo Squat pulse x25 holding one weight
