Quick AB Workout with Bosu Ball

Equipment:

Yo gorilla mats (link to shop gorilla mats below in Shop the Post)

The Workout:

  • Tuck-in/Reach-outs x20
  • Tuck-ins x20
  • Scorpion Tail reverse crunch (right leg) x20
  • Scorpion Tail reverse crunch (left leg) x20
  • Bosu ball crunch x20
  • Bosu ball crunch pulse x20

2-3 Rounds of all 6 exercises. Try for 3 Rounds if you can only get 1-2 Rounds in that awesome.
