I am delighted to welcome Maria Arundel to The House of OBrien. Maria and I work together at Vi Beauty Lab, and it has been such a joy for me to witness her brilliance, her heart, and thoughtful way she shares her knowledge with others. She brings to our community an extraordinary combination of science, strength, and soul.

With a Masters of Science in Nutrition, a published thesis in the academic journal Nutrition, and certification as a functional Nutrition Practitioner, Maria offers an impressive foundation of expertise. But beyond her credentials, what I admire most is her gift for making complex, evidence-based nutrition feel clear, practical, and beautifully accessible.

Her Greek upbringing shaped a deep love of cooking and gathering around food, and that sense of nourishment carries through everything she does.

Maria is passionate about fresh, locally sourced ingredients, lifting heavy weights, and savoring life with her three children. She is exactly the kind of voice I want to bring to The House of OBrien family, intelligent, grounded, vibrant, and deeply committed to helping others live well.
