3 Rounds of all 10 exercises x20 reps each

  • Burpee Squat x20
  • Plank Jacks x20
  • Left plank Obliques x20
  • Russian Twist x20
  • Right plank Obliques x20
  • Curtsy Lunge x20
  • Skaters x20
  • Military Push-ups x20
  • Reverse Crunches x20
  • Sumo Squats x20

Take your time and get in a mind set of “I CAN” and you will.
