Tuxedo Brownie Hug Cookies
This is such an easy cookie because it's a brownie. The original recipe calls for using Original Supreme Brownie mix with a syrup pouch but I used the Ghirardelli Double brown mix. My cookies were bit more flat but the flavor was spectacular.

- Preheat oven tom 350°
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and grease the parchment.
- Stir brownie mix, cocoa, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. Drop very small spoonfuls of dough unto the cookie sheets. Bake for 8 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a couple of minutes then unwrap the hug candies and place on top of each cookie. Happy Eating!!
