In this workout you will build lean muscle, improve metabolism, strengthen your bones, and finish feeling like you actually accomplished something.

The Workout:

Don’t underestimate this workout because it only uses one kettlebell. By the end of your last Round, your legs will be working, your core will be firing, your heart rate will be up, and you’ll remember that simple workouts often produce the best results.

3 Rounds of all 5 exercises

Plank Drags x12

Goblet Squats x12

Single Arm Row x12 each side

Kettlebell Swings x12

Single-Leg Kettlebell Lunges x12 each leg

Rest 30-60 seconds after each exercise.
