20 Minute Full Body Workout

You do not need an hour to get a strong workout in. This 20 minute full body workout hits your legs, glutes, shoulders, back, arms, core, and cardiovascular system in one efficient session.

10 reps for each exercise. Move through all 6 exercises (take a break if you need it), then rest for 60 seconds after all 6 exercises are complete. 4-5 Rounds of all 6 exercises is what I recommend but aim for 3-4 Rounds if that is more doable. Choose weights, on the first Round, that challenge you but is manageable, then move up in weight as you complete each Round (at least try). Move with purpose if that means slower move slower. Modify the movements or reduce the weight when needed.

The Workout:

Devils Press x10

Upright rows x10

OH Tricep Press x10

KB Swings x10

Reverse Lunge High Pull x10 each side

KB Lateral lunge to Narrow squat x10

You are training strength, power, balance, coordination, and conditioning in one workout. And when life gets busy, workouts like this make staying consistant much easier.

ENJOY!!
