Do you think you need an hour to get a great workout?
You don’t.
This 25 minute either kettlebell or dumbbell workout is built for the days when you want to train hard, work your entire body, and get on with your life. What I love about this workout is its simplicity. You need 1 set of KB’s or DB’s, a little space, and 25 minutes.

In one workout you can challenge your strength, muscular endurance, core stability, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Because you’re moving through several Rounds, your heart rate stays elevated while your muscles continue to work.
Efficiency I love it.
The Workout:
5 Rounds of all the exercises.
SL Deadlift x15 each leg
Reverse Lunge-to-Knee Drive x15 each leg
ALT. Shoulder Press x12
Wide Rows x15
A few tips before you begin:
Choose a weight that feels challenging but still allows you to control every repetition. Rest when you need it. Quality matters more than speed. If your form starts to fall apart, slow down or reduce the weight.
25 minutes is enough time to make a difference.
You don’t need to destroy yourself during every workout. You need to challenge yourself consistently.
ENJOY!!
