Dirty 30 Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

I created the Dirty 30 Workout for you to use when you are in hurry, unmotivated or just want to tack on a quick workout after a hard run or cardio.

5 Rounds of all 4 exercises each exercise do for 30 secs. Execute all 4 exercises then take a 10 second break. Take in some water and hit the next round of all 4 exercises.

  • Push-ups (30 seconds)
  • Jump Squats (30 Seconds)
  • Full sit up (30 seconds)
  • Plank Hold (30 seconds)
