Two, you do not need to starve yourself to feel better in your body. Here at HOB we believe nourishment matters. Eating well is not a reward you earn after suffering. It is part of how you build energy, muscle, and a life that feels good to live.

Three, you do not need to run yourself into the ground to prove you are disciplined. We honor walking, rest, and rhythm. There is power in knowing when to push and wisdom in knowing when to restore.
Four, fully show up. Show up in your workouts, in the clothes you wear, in your kitchen to cook, and in your life that you have. You are not here to make yourself smaller. You are here to live well, stand tall, and remember that YOU MATTER.
