Tuckernuck came out with this darling retro outfit and named the tunic Rhoda which I thought was perfect. It looks so polished yet it isn’t fussy and is made from denim. The pants that are the same color are bit lighter in fabric which make them so comfortable. The soft olive green is elegant and grounded, and little unexpected. It has that “I made an effort, but I’m not trying too hard” feeling we all want.

Tuckernuck continues to be one of my favorite brands because they understand the classics. Style that will not look trendy or boring but will make you feel updated and hip.

The Tory Burch Pierced Pump is the kind of shoe that changes the entire energy of an outfit. Tory shoes have been a favorite of mine forever, high quality, comfort, and style distinction. These pumps bring an edge with a hint of glamour to create chic elegance.

This terrific pair of tunic and pants-together were not quite enough. I added a hand made necklace from Silk Oaks Design to give the outfit just a whisper of whimsy, I then added sparkling earrings and a bracelet to continue the sophisticated vibe to tie the whole thing together.

A polished look doesn’t have to be predictable. You can wear a classic silhouette, keep the color palette calm, and still look completely ALIVE. Remember your confidence comes from the details, the fit, the shoes, the jewelry, the sunglasses, and the way you walk. Style doesn’t have to shout.
