HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. It’s exercising with short bursts of intense activity followed by a short rest or lower intensity movement.

HIIT workouts raise your heart rate, typically each exercise lasts 30 seconds, it is an effective way to boost calories and fat burning, and it provides challenging time-effective cardio/strength workout.

30 seconds for each exercise

Rest after each exercise

  • Push Press (30 Secs)
  • Prisoner Lunges (30 Secs)
  • DB (Dumbbell) Squat Alternating Thrusters (30 Secs)
  • Uneven DB Push-ups/ Shoulder Taps (30 Secs)
  • Figure 8’s (30 Secs)
  • 1 leg Pulse Squat (30 Secs)
  • SSD (Single, Single, Double) Rows (30 Secs)
  • Shoulder Press/ Walk out Burpee (30 Secs)
  • Plank Jacks (30 Secs)
