  • Prisoner Lunges (30 Secs)
  • DB (Dumbbell) Squat Alternating Thrusters (30 Secs)
  • Uneven DB Push-ups/ Shoulder Taps (30 Secs)
  • Figure 8’s (30 Secs)
  • 1 leg Pulse Squat (30 Secs)
  • SSD (Single, Single, Double) Rows (30 Secs)
  • Shoulder Press/ Walk out Burpee (30 Secs)
  • Plank Jacks (30 Secs)
