KB Quick Lower Body Workout

Every workout doesn’t have to be long and dragged out. A kettlebell gives you strength and power in one piece of equipment. When you train your lower body with a kettlebell, you are not just working out your legs.

As we get older, lower body strength becomes a non-negotiable. Strong legs helps us climc stairs, get off the floor, carry groceries, protect our knees and hips, and keep moving through life with confidence. This is not about chasing some perfect body. This is about building the kind of strength that lets you fully live.

The Workout

3-4 Rounds of all 4 exercises.

Sumo Squats x12

Kettlebell Swings x12

Rows x12

Front racked Squats x12

Your legs may shake. Your heart rate may climb. You may have to take a break between rounds. This means your body is working. That means you are building something. Strength is not built by waiting until you feel ready.
