What do you do when you finish your run or walk and you know you need more of a workout for your legs? You do this quick lower body workout.
2 rounds of all 6 exercises
- Front racked squats x20
- Halo deadlifts x20 on the right and left leg
- Reverse lunge x20 on the right and left leg
- Squat to Plyometric Squat explode x10
