March Leg Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Training legs requires a high amount of neural drive in the body, or the firing of the nervous system. This in return creates an alert feeling, and when you mix in endorphin release from exercise, training legs is a great way to feel accomplished and satisfied.

3 Rounds of all 6 exercise, if you can do 4 Rounds GO FOR IT!!

  • Reverse Lunge-Squat-Bicep Hammer Curl x25
  • Reverse Lunge Right Leg x25 Left Leg x25
  • Reverse Lunge Pulse Right leg x25 Left Leg x25
  • DB Swings x25
  • Squat Knee Drive x25
  • American Swings x25

Start out the 1st Round using medium weights/go up in weight (if you are keeping your form on point) with the next Round or stay with medium weights.
