Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

I believe in doing ab work, at least 3-4 times a week. Here is a great core workout for you do and if you can get through 3 rounds try for a 4th round, you’ll be happy you did.

  • Mason Twist x20
  • Crunch hold pulse x20
  • Reach throughs x20
  • Weighted hip drop x20
