The Workout:
- Monster Burpee x10
- Superman push ups x10
- Bosu chest push ups x10
- Reverse lunge-to-squat-to-bicep curl x10
- Bosu push up x8 each arm
Set your clock for 15 minutes. Start with the first exercise and move down the list of exercises until you get to the last exercise. If your clock is going START OVER!! Do as many Rounds of all 5 exercises as possible.
