I’m a little less opened minded about trends. I use very sound judgment and buy carefully when a new trend enters the market. That’s why this maxi dress caught my eye from Tuckernuck. It was within some new trendy pieces they rolled out and the minute I saw it I had to have it.

It is not trendy, it is timeless, and it is elegant in the simplest way. The soft grey color feels clean and sophisticated. It travels well, and works for a lunch date or dinner.

I have always shopped with intention rather than “just because.” My closet doesn’t have a ton of impulse buys in it or trendy pieces I wear for 3 months and toss. Just beautiful pieces that earned their place.
