•Single Arm Rear Fly x10
•Goblet Squat Step out x10
•Tricep Kick Back x10
•Tricep Press Pulse x10
•Dumbbell Swing x10 (use Heavy weight)
2 rounds of all 6 exercises~go up in weight on the second round.
