Full Body Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout hits every muscle in your body. Doing each of these exercises for 1 minute intervals isn’t easy but give it try. After each exercise take a 20 second break (drink water) and hit the next exercise.

2 rounds of all 6 exercises 1 minute of each exercise.

  • Push-Up Arm punch (1 minute)
  • Stance Jack (1 minute)
  • Low Squat-half kneeing Arnold press (1 minute)
  • Halo Deadlift (1 minute)
  • Reverse Lunge-Bicep Curl-Switch legs (1 minute)
  • DB Swing (1 minute)
