The Power Leg AMRAP is designed for exactly that: efficiency, intensity, strength, and grit. It is short enough to fit into a busy life, but strong enough to remind you that your body is capable of so much more than you think.

Workout:

Curtsy Lunge-Hammer Curl-Reverse Lunge x10 Reps each side

Single Arm B-Stance Deadlift x10reps each side

Squat-Hammer Curl x20reps

Half Burpee-to-Row x12reps

3 Rounds of all 4 exercises with a 2:00 minute rest after each Round.

This looks simple on paper and then it reminds you quickly your legs, mind, and lungs are invited to the workout.
